Tuesday special meatball sandwich is exceptional! Very fresh roll toasted to perfection, generous home made meatballs are very savory, sauce of Italian origins with and provolone cheese. I wish everyday was Tuesday. The Reuben knocks it outa the park too.

The Ham Stands food is at least as good, if not better than food from the Gourmet Ghetto area in Berzerkeley. Having lived and eaten there for 40 years, I am used to topnotch food. I think Ive discovered Nevada Citys own Gourmet Ghetto right here.

BEST SANDWICH EVER!!!! The meat and bread was TOP NOTCH! I got the ham standard and it did not disappoint. I also got a snack stick and the flavor was delightful. I will go again
Stopped in for lunch and had the special for the day, the fried chicken sandwich. And easily one of my top five favorites. Not only do they have lunch but cured meats, sauces, tallow, sausage. A must try if in Nevada City!
